Using Pharma2000 to engineer Protein-derived Therapeutics
PROSPECTUS
The document at right is an electronic reproduction of the 2000 Pharmaceuticals LTD Prospectus. The Prospectus is dated 31 May 2003 being the date it was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ('ASIC').
Shares in 2000 Pharmaceuticals Ltd will only be issued on the basis of an application form issued with the Prospectus. The Prospectus constitutes an offer of shares to persons receiving the Prospectus in hard copy or electronic form within Australia; it does not constitute an offer of shares in any jurisdiction where, or to any person to whom, it would not be lawful to issue the Prospectus or make the offer. No action has been taken by 2000 Pharmaceuticals Ltd to register or qualify the shares or the offer or otherwise permit a public offering of the shares in any jurisdiction outside Australia.
How to Apply for Shares
Apply for shares by:
- opening and completing the Application Form contained within the online Prospectus, which is the same as the application form accompanying the hardcopy Prospectus; or
- requesting a hardcopy of the Prospectus by contacting Grange Securities Ltd at info@grangesecurities.com, and completing the Application Form accompanying the Prospectus. A hardcopy of the Prospectus will be provided without charge and within a reasonable time after a request is received.
The completed Application Form, together with the cheque(s) for the application monies should be mailed or delivered to Grange Securities Ltd at the address shown in the Corporate Directory of the Prospectus.
Application Forms must be received by no later than 5.00pm (EST) on Friday, 17 October 2003, unless the Closing Date is varied. There is no facility for applications to be accepted electronically. Shares will only be issued on receipt of the Application Form at the address specified.
